New Book: Blue Ecology

Wyget Books has just published a vibrant new book "Blue Ecology: A water-first philosophy" by Michael D. Blackstock.  The book includes poems, mini-essays, photos, and paintings by Michael Blackstock.  It also includes a painting by Judy Wyers "Natures Tap." This limited edition little book is visual. cerebral and positive.

An Indigenous Hydrologic Cycle Diagram

Michael has designed a "Blue Ecology Hydrologic Cycle" diagram which he first presented in Itlay, October 13-16th, 2009 at the International Hydrologic Sciences Association's Capri Hydrologic Conference.  This artwork (diagram) is an alternate and equally valid perspective as compared to Western Science's hydrologic cycle.
